In the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, efficient and accurate production processes ensure quality products meet customer demands. However, many companies still rely on manual systems, such as Microsoft Excel, which can lead to challenges inefficiencies. The problems identified include a lack of integration between product data documents, error-prone entry, document mix-ups, time-consuming processes. study aimed design implement web-based material requirement planning system address in company. objectives were improve integration, streamline processes, reduce time for enhanced operational efficiency. employed prototyping approach develop system. User feedback requirements guided iterative cycles, while Acceptance Testing evaluated performance usability. impact efficiency was assessed by measuring before after implementation. implemented successfully resolved issues, reduced entry errors, minimized mix-ups within achieved 100% average percentage. improved from 207-251 minutes 122-159 minutes, demonstrating
